Lifestyle portraits - the ne side

I haven’t written a blog post since my days back at Grand Valley State, but here we are months later. The homie Chad and I scouted locations a few weeks ago looking for rundown urban environments to serve as our backdrop. All of these spots were located in or around the North East side of Grand Rapids, MI.

It’s fun creating with others who find just as much excitement and joy as you do while in the creative process. I’ve been able to call Chad my friends for 2 years now. We’ve collaborated on a number of projects that have grown our creative interests closer together. He started Forever Great over a year ago and has been grinding ever since. Creative style, unique business perspectives, and honest work has made Chad and his brand standout in West Michigan.

I want to give my work a home…well, this will be their new home. So, with that said, enjoy these photos. I’m always experimenting with the edits of my work - always trying to find a new look/vibe. We shot film, but it always seem like we’re waiting on the scans to get developed. Just another day in the life moment.
